Photograph of Henry R. Linden, who taught at Illinois Institute of Technology from 1954 until 2009. Linden received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Illinois Tech in 1952. Linden also served as president of the Institute of Gas Technology during his time on the Illinois Tech campus, organized the Gas Research Institute, and served as a federal energy consultant.
