Photograph of Benjamin de Brie Taylor and an unidentified student painting the mural above Ekco Pool in Arthur Keating Hall. The mural's hawk was later adopted this as the official logo of the IIT Athletic Department. Taylor was Director of the Institute of Design at IIT from 1973 to 1975, and remained on the faculty at ID until 1987. Photographer unknown. Date of photograph is unknown. Date listed is approximate.
