Photograph of the IITRI Tower, designed by Schmidt, Garden, and Erikson and constructed in 1963-1964. The Tower is located at 10 West 35th Street. This 20-story tower houses the university's administrative offices, as well as the headquarters of the IIT Research Institute. A variety of mixed-use tenants also lease space in the tower.
